<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress breeding of bacteria in a bathtub and a bathroom by drainage neutralized by a drainage neutralizer. <P>SOLUTION: A drainage reservoir tank 15 for storing the drainage neutralized by the drainage neutralizer 3 and a heater 9 having a function for heat treating and sterilizing the drainage inside the drainage reservoir tank 15 are provided on the drainage discharge side of the drainage neutralizer 3 that stores drainage generated in a latent heat recovering heat exchanger for recovering exhaust latent heat of a burner and neutralizes the drainage. A drainage treating control means is provided for operating the heater 9 and executing heat treatment of the drainage under a prescribed heating condition for sterilizing when the amount of drainage stored in the drainage reservoir tank 15 reaches a prescribed drainage heating reference amount, and discharging the drainage in the drainage reservoir tank 15 after the heating sterilization treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
