<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile hood structure for further improving the absorbing performance of impact energy while maintaining pedestrian protecting performance. <P>SOLUTION: A hood inner panel 20 has a first horizontal part 21 for supporting a striker 30, a first inclined part 22 extending from the rear edge of the first horizontal part 21 in the backward upper direction, and a rack part 23 extending from the upper edge of the first inclined part 22 backward in a horizontal shape. A hood lock reinforcement panel 40 has a second horizontal part 41 put on the first horizontal part 21, a second inclined part 42 provided on the front side of the first inclined part 22 extending from the rear edge of the second horizontal part 41 to the upper side or the frontward upper side of the rack part 23 in the backward upper direction to form a clearance between the first inclined part 22 and itself, and a downward bead 43 formed in a region ranging from the rack part 23 to the second inclined part 42 on the upper side or the frontward upper side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
