<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting method of an electrode using a connecting member, excellent in connection reliability for a long time, free from accurate positioning between a conductive particle and an electrode, and with high resolution, capable of avoiding unnecessary adhesion and preventing dust or the like from attaching, and aiming at continuous automation of a connection work process with excellent workability. <P>SOLUTION: The connecting method of an electrode uses a circuit connecting member made by forming a hardenable insulation adhesive layer 2 on one side of a conductive adhesive layer 1 made of a conductive material 3 and a binder having conductivity in a pressure direction, and connecting a peelable separator to the hardenable insulation adhesive layer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
