<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aminosilane modified with a perfluoropolyether dilutable by a common solvent, forming a tough film on the surface of a substrate and useful as a surface treatment agent having excellent oil/water repellency, excellent mold releasing property or the like, a surface treatment agent comprising the same as a principal component, and an article comprising a cured film of the aminosilane. <P>SOLUTION: An aminosilane modified with a perfluoropolyether represented by formula (1) is disclosed (in the formula, X<SP>1</SP>, X<SP>2</SP>each represents a hydrolyzable group; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>each represents a lower alkyl group or a phenyl group; Q<SP>1</SP>, Q<SP>2</SP>each represents a divalent organic group; m is an integer of 3 to 5; n is 2 or 3; and x and y each are an integer of 1 to 3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
