<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for use in rigid polyurethane foams which uses water as a foaming agent and is improved in the occurrence of the cracks in the form of the sickle moon on the foam in the vicinity between the central part and the edge part of a longitudinal direction of a panel in a sandwiched panel, and to provide a method for manufacturing a rigid polyuretyhane foam. <P>SOLUTION: The polyol composition comprises water as a foaming agent, and trimethylaminoethyl piperazine and N,N,N',N",N"-pentamethyldiethylene triamine as catalysts, with a weight ratio of trimethylaminoethyl piperazine to N,N,N',N",N"-pentamethyldiethylene triamine being of 1/1 to 4/1, and the loadings of the sum total of trimethylaminoethyl piperazine and N,N,N',N",N"-pentamethyldiethylene triamine being of 0.1-1.0 part by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the polyol compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
