PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture and a cement composition, which not only take in sodium and potassium but also evolve lithium having an effect of suppressing alkali aggregate reaction. SOLUTION: The cement admixture contains lithium zeolite of EDI type and/or ABW type, synthesized from allophane, and the cement composition contains the above cement admixture and cement. Also, the cement composition contains lithium zeolite of EDI type and/or ABW type, synthesized from allophane and cement.
