PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device, an electronic device, and a photographing support system which prevent a user from missing sights or the like on a trip and forgetting a commemorative photo, and does not require the user to conduct troublesome photographing mode setting. SOLUTION: Photographing conditions corresponded to positional information or time information is read from mode list information, and a digital camera 10 is set in a stand-by state. The stored positional information or time information, and an output of a position acquisition function part 45 and an output of a clock function part 31d are compared at a system control function part 31a. When comparison results correspond with each other, the digital camera 10 is started to be in a state ready to photograph under the set photographing conditions from the stand-by state.
