PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile telephone which can prevent a malfunction in the mobile telephone without a recognition difference between the mobile telephone and an external terminal even when an interruption operation is performed in the mobile telephone side during data communication. SOLUTION: A mobile telephone has a reception means receiving data of a plurality of blocks in units blocks upon communication, a transmission means transmitting an affirmative signal when the receiving means receives a data block, and an end means ending communication when an end instruction of the communication processing is received during communication. When the end instruction is received until the reception means receives the data after the transmission means transmits the affirmative signal, the end means transmits a signal of ending communication until the transmission means transmits the affirmative signal after the subsequent data is received.
