PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rupture disc opening under preset pressure, and having high sound insulating performance. SOLUTION: This rupture disc 1 is arranged sealing an opening port 6 arranged in a fluid vessel or a pipe 5 to the atmosphere, and reduces internal pressure by opening when the internal pressure of the vessel or the pipe 5 reaches predetermined preset pressure or higher. The rupture disc 1 has a first pressure receiving part 2 positioned on the vessel or pipe 5 side, a second pressure receiving part 3 positioned on the atmospheric side, and a sealed space 4 formed between the first pressure receiving part 2 and the second pressure receiving part 3. The sealed space 4 is constituted as a sound attenuating means for attenuating a sound transmitted to the second pressure receiving part 3 from the first pressure receiving part 2.
