PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely assemble by using seal plates of the same shapes in assembling work. SOLUTION: The two seal plates 40 and 40' acting as lubricating seals are formed in the same shapes, and a hole 41 corresponding to a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the axis of a screw groove of a ball screw shaft is formed, and a circular arc-shaped projection 42 contacting with a screw groove surface is formed at the inner diameter side in the hole 41. A small hole 43 being a positioning part is also formed at one place on the circumference. The projection 42 is formed by being dislocated to the small hole 43, and when superposing the small hole 43 on the other seal plate 40 as a reference position by reversing the front surface and the rear surface of one seal plate 40', the projection 42 is bilaterally symmetrically arranged, and thereby continuously arranged on the screw groove surface of the screw shaft.
