PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive clutch release bearing device for restraining noise. SOLUTION: Since this clutch release bearing device is formed by pressing steel rings SR2 and SR1 in an inner race 11 and an outer race 12, the inner race 11 and the outer race 12 are corrected in a shape of the steel rings SR2 and SR1, and since circularity is improved, generation of noise can be restrained, and coat can be reduced by omitting machining work and grinding work after heat treatment. Since the thickness of the steel rings SR2 and SR1 is respectively thicker than the minimum thickness of the inner race 11 and the outer race 12, rigidity is relatively enhanced, and the shape can be accurately corrected. Since the inner race 11 is particularly formed by pressing or forging carbon steel or cold rolled steel, strain is originally easily caused, so that the shape correcting effect by the steel ring SR2 is enhanced.
