PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrigation pipe capable of quickly irrigating a water-retentive block when used as an irrigation pipe of an irrigation facility for a water-retentive pavement body. SOLUTION: In this irrigation pipe 10, the outer peripheral surface of a pipe body 14 having water discharge holes 12 formed in the wall part at predetermined intervals is covered with a water absorption cloth 16 having a water absorption rate of 20 mm or longer in averaged value by Bayh Lec method in the water absorbency test method for textiles specified in JIS L 1907.
