An optical film containing organic particles having narrow distribution in the particle size distribution is provided to satisfy the requisites of the optical diffusion efficiency. In an optical film including a substrate(201) and a resin coating(203) having uneven formation at least on one side of substrate, a resin coating includes a plurality of organic particles(205) and binder(204).The organic particle is polymerization unit and is composed of at least one nonfunctional acrylate and multi-functional acrylate. A multi-functional acrylate is 30W.t- 70W.t of total weight of multi-functional acrylate.
