An outside handle and door latch connection structure of the vehicle door is provided to prevent the undesirable opening of the door due to the cancelation of the door latch. An outside handle and door latch connection structure of the vehicle door comprises as follows. An outside handle(10) is cable-connected to a door latch(20). A holder(12) is formed in the housing(11) of the outside handle. A Z-shaped operation lever(14) is formed in a handle lever(13). One end of the cable wires is connected to the unlock lever(22) bottom of the door latch.
