<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a turbulent flow generated during air suction. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust fan 10 is provided with a fan main body 12 having blades for supplying or discharging air and a suction port 44 through which air discharged or supplied by the blades passes; a drive motor for rotating the blades; and a front face grille 14 detachably attached to the front face of the fan main body 12. The front face grille 14 is provided with a frame part 22 having opening parts 24 for making air sucked by the fan main body 12 pass and with a plurality of straightening vanes 30 mounted to the opening parts 24 of the frame part 22 at predetermined intervals.
