<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an alignment operation without limiting the characteristic of an eye to be examined or the arrangement environment of an ophthalmologic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an eye examining part for examining or measuring the eye to be examined; an alignment projecting means for projecting an alignment index toward the eye to be examined; an anterior ocular segment part image capturing means for capturing the anterior ocular segment part image of the eye to be examined, to which the alignment index is projected, by a two-dimensional image capturing element; an alignment detecting means for detecting the alignment state of the eye detecting part with respect to the eye to be examined by detecting the alignment index from the captured image obtained by the two-dimensional image capturing element; a luminance distribution detecting means for detecting distribution information of two-dimensional luminance in the captured image obtained by the two-dimensional image capturing element; and a control means for changing the projection light amount of the alignment index or the sensitivity of the alignment detecting means, based on the detection result of the luminance distribution detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
