<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium as a blue-ray disc having satisfactory recording characteristics in recording by short wavelength laser beam irradiation and easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has a reflection layer, a recording layer, a barrier layer, and a cover layer in this order on the surface of a substrate having a pregroove thereon. The recording layer contains a coloring matter, etc., including an anion compound which is represented by a formula of a compound and cation which can neutralize the charge of the anion compound. The coloring matter has a pyrolytic property where a mass loss rate in a main loss process in thermal mass analysis is 10% or more. Between the barrier layer and the cover layer, a layer having a glass transition temperature not higher than 25°C is formed by curing a UV curing composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
