MAGNETIC COUPLER ELEMENT, AND MAGNETIC COUPLING-TYPE ISOLATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coupler element and a magnetic coupling-type isolator each capable of obtaining a high S/N ratio even in a high frequency.

SOLUTION: The magnetic coupler element 2 includes: a magnetic field generating circuit that has exciting coils 7a, 7b generating magnetic field in accordance with input current; and a detection bridge circuit provided with two outputs 12a, 12b generating a voltage difference in response to the intensity of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating circuit wherein the detection bridge circuit has at least one pair of magnetoresistive elements 9a, 9b whose resistances vary by applying the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating circuit. The geometrical shapes of the magnetic field generation circuit and the detection bridge circuit are each formed axisymmetrically or point symmetrically.
