<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed system, in which a part driven by a drive source is prevented from malfunctioning when a hand switch is attached/detached. <P>SOLUTION: The bed system with the part driven by the drive source comprises a bed frame on which the drive source is provided, a controller 31 provided on the bed frame to control driving of the drive source, a relay cord 32 extended from the controller, and a connection cord 36 connected to the relay cord through a serial bus connector 34.
