PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management program for managing a manufacturing step on a computer by effectively using resources and preparing a production plan to meet due dates with a Gantt chart.

SOLUTION: A manufacturing plan chart 11 is displayed on the basis of lot information input from an input means, and a machine plan chart 12 is displayed on the basis of machine equipment information registered in an external database. Machine equipment and a worker can be simply allocated to each manufacturing step only by dragging and dropping a step Gantt bar 44 on the manufacturing plan chart 11 onto the machine plan chart 12 or a worker plan chart.
