<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysaccharide composite, capble of improving curative effect while reducing side-effects, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides the polysaccharide composite and a synthetic method thereof by covalently bonding a monomer amino acid AA having oxygen group to a polysaccharide, and conjugating a metal M to the oxygen group for forming the polysaccharide composite. Further, the invention is related to a method for killing cancer cells by administrating an effective quantity of the polysaccharide composit to cells. The composite includes a polysaccharide and at least one monomer amine acid having oxygen group, which is covalently bonded to the polysaccharide.
