<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation sheet with high heat conductivity and high insulation performance, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The heat radiation sheet is constituted by alternately layering a base material layer and a diamond layer. Since the base material layer is formed of a flexible material and the diamond layer is formed in a direction >0°and≤90°with respect to the sheet surface of the heat radiation sheet, the diamond layer in a sheet layer excellent in flexibility is excellently brought into contact with a heating element and a radiator, and thus heat generated from the heating element is excellently transmitted through the diamond layer to the direction of the radiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
