PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuned mass damper for measure against floor vibration capable of deflective feeling and increasing damping performance by securing the rigidity of the floor beam of a building for improving habitability. SOLUTION: In this tuned damper 1, a hollow rigid reinforcement body 3 is attached to the lower end of a beam 2 pivotally supporting a floor, and a mass is attached to the inside of the hollow rigid reinforcement 3 through a viscoelastic body 4. The geometrical moment of inertia of a floor beam is enhanced, and the vibration of the floor beam is attenuated.
