PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter having a synchronous rectifier circuit, which rapidly suppresses a rise in output voltage when a load rapidly increases and setting a low output voltage at high speed. SOLUTION: The synchronous rectifier circuit of the DC-DC converter is provided with a synchronous rectifying switch, a detection circuit for generating a detection signal indicating a current of the synchronous rectifier switch, a reference signal generating circuit for generating a plurality of reference signals, a selecting circuit for selecting any one of the plurality of reference signals, and a comparison drive means for receiving the reference signal selected by the selecting circuit and the inputted detection signal.
