PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency signal processing apparatus, optical transceiver and optical transmitting/receiving device capable of surely shutting off digital signals and analog signals. SOLUTION: A circuit board 2 comprises a digital signal processing section 3 and an analog signal processing section 4, and an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 5 is mounted onto the circuit board 2. Furthermore, the circuit board 2 is housed within a frame 10, and a shield 12 is disposed in between the digital signal processing section 3 and the analog signal processing section 4. A cover 17, that covers the circuit board 2, is mounted on the frame 10, and crimping parts 22 of the cover 17 are used to sandwitch the shield 12 therebetween. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
