PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection device which suppresses misalignment of an arrangement pitch of a contact needlepoint, in a contact region of a flexible multilayer wiring board and which enables electrical measurements to be carried out accurately. SOLUTION: The electrical connection device includes a rigid wiring board; a block which is elastically supported through a spring member so as to be displaceable in a board-thickness direction of the rigid wiring board; the flexible multilayer wiring board which is a flexible multilayer wiring board having a conductive path, formed thereon so as to correspond to a wiring path, and has the contact region supported by the block at its backside and an overhanging region, extending in an angular form toward the rigid wiring board from the contact region over an edge of the block and being coupled with the rigid wiring board to be connected to the wiring path, corresponding to the conductive path; and a plurality of contacts, with each being disposed on the surface of the contact region and connected to a corresponding conductive path. A flange for supporting the overhanging region at the backside is formed in the block, in order to reduce the bending angle of the flexible wiring board along the edge of the block.
