PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator of condensate capable of efficiently separating and discharging condensate from exhaust gas of an engine, reducing blow-by quantity of condensate discharged together with exhaust gas from an exhaust gas outlet, and reducing leak of exhaust noise, and to provide an exhaust gas passage device provided with such a separator. SOLUTION: An inlet part 41 into which mixed exhaust gas in which condensate is mixed flows, an exhaust outlet part 45 discharging exhaust gas after separation, and a condensate discharge part 43 discharging condensate are formed on a wall surface of a vessel 101. The vessel 101 is divided into an inlet side space chamber 105 having the inlet part 41 arranged therein and an outlet side space chamber 107 having the exhaust outlet part 45 arranged therein by a projecting wall 103 projectingly provided in the vessel 101 and facing the inlet part 41. A passage from the inlet part 41 to the exhaust gas outlet part 45 is formed in a crank shape, and the condensate discharge part 43 is arranged at the lowermost part of the inlet side space chamber 105.
