PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying belt tensioning device having no concern of freezing even if applied and used for the inside of a freezer with a conveyer, simplifying a structure, not requiring work such as complicated maintenance, and capable of smoothly moving a tensioning roller in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: The carrying belt tensioning device for the freezer with the conveyer is equipped with the tensioning roller leading out downward a part of the carrying belt through two sprockets disposed at an interval, and adjusting the extension of the carrying belt. The carrying belt tensioning device positioned both sides of the tensioning roller and used in the freezer with the conveyer is composed of two frames supporting both end portions of a top plate and a bottom plate, two pipes installed between the frames, and a guide rail installed to the pipe and having a generally C-shaped cross section. A main shaft is inserted between the pipes, and the tensioning roller is placed on a belt reciprocating portion. The guide rail is formed from super-high-molecular polyethylene, and the tensioning roller can slide in a vertical direction to the guide rail. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
