PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrap-around-case having a display function and capable of attaining a high appeal effect. SOLUTION: A hinge line 8 positioned between the end edges of outer flaps 6 to be abutted is put at an inner flap 5, perforation lines 10, 11 are put from the top surface toward the end surfaces to form a cut-and-raised part 13 at the top surface plate 3, folding lines 14, 15 in a width direction are put at the cut-and-raised part 13 and a display plate 17 and an insertion piece 19 are arranged in sequence from the end surface side, a cutting line 12 is made from the top surface to the hinge line 8 at the base end of the inner flap 5, and under the displayed condition, the cutting lines 10, 11, 12 are cut, the cut-and-raised part 13 is opened, the inner flap 5 is bent along the hinge line 8 in an anteroinferior direction, the display plate 17 is folded back in a backward superior direction, the insertion piece 19 is folded down, and the insertion piece 19 is inserted between the inner flap 5 and the outer flap 6 or between the abutted outer flaps 6.
