PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety band locking device of a high-place working vehicle enabling a worker to easily engage/disengage a locking tool of a safety band, and capable of preventing the exposure of the locking tool in a locked state. SOLUTION: A hook is attached to a belt wrapped around a body of the worker getting on a work stand 40 through a rope. The safety band locking device 50 equipped with an opening/closing cap opening/blocking a hook portion at a hook tip end, comprises a hook bracket 51 arranged at the work stand 40, a locking member 55 fixed to the hook bracket 51 and capable of engaging/disengaging the hook portion of the hook, and a cover member 80 having a notch hole allowing the hook to be inserted and attached to the work stand 40 so as to cover the locked state of the hook. The hook portion is inserted in the cover member 80 through the notch hole so as to engage/disengage the hook, and can freely move between an engaging/disengaging position wherein the opening/closing cap is positioned outside of the cover member 80 and a position where the hook portion of the hook and the opening/closing cap are covered by the cover member 80 while locked to the locking member 55.
