PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rear gate structure having simple construction for securing the stability of a rear gate when fully opened. SOLUTION: The vehicle rear gate structure comprises an opened part 20 provided on the rear part of a vehicle, the rear gate 30 closeably provided on the opened part, first and second links 41, 42 each rockingly connected at one end to the opened part and rockingly connected at the other end to the rear gate, and a rear gate stopper 50 provided at the end of the rear gate for abutting on a roof side stopper receiving portion of a roof part 11 of the vehicle when the rear gate is fully opened and for abutting on an opened part side stopper receiving portion of the opened part when the rear gate is fully closed.
