PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height-adjustable stopper device capable of easily adjusting the height relative to one of a pair of parts approaching/leaving from each other and maintaining the state after being adjusted to predetermined height. SOLUTION: The stopper device 10 is provided with a grommet 20 inserted/fixed to a mounting hole 4 of one part; and a stopper pin 30. The stopper pin 30 has a receiving part 31 becoming a stopper surface of the other part; a shaft part 35; a male screw part 36 provided on an outer periphery of a base part of the shaft part 35; and a rotation restriction part 37 provided on an outer periphery of a distal end of the shaft part 35. The grommet 20 has a flange part 21 engaged with a peripheral edge at a front side of the mounting hole 4; a screw hole 22 thread-engaged with the male screw part 36; a leg part 23 inserted to the mounting hole 4; an engagement piece 27 provided on the leg part 23 and engaged with a peripheral edge at a back side of the mounting hole 4; and an elastic piece 29 provided on the leg part 23 and pressure-contacted with the rotation restriction part 37 of the stopper pin 30.
