PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle capable of detecting abnormality of a rotation sensor signal without having a redundant system or a plurality of rotation sensors. SOLUTION: A cargo work electric motor 12 drives a hydraulic pump 20 and feeds an oil pressure fed to hydraulic cylinders 28, 29, 36, 37. A cargo work rotation detection means 14 detects the number of revolution of the cargo work electric motor. A control means 7 controls the cargo work electric motor based on an operation signal from the cargo work operation means for driving the hydraulic cylinder. The control means 7 diagnoses as abnormality of the rotation sensor signal when the revolution number detection value of the cargo work electric motor based on the rotation sensor signal after an arbitrary time is passed from the time when it is detected that operation of the cargo work action is performed by the cargo work operation detection means 3 is a predetermined threshold value or less.
