PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent radio disturbance or electric malfunction caused by accumulation of static while using resource other than oil for making tire. SOLUTION: A tire component of 75 mass% or more of a whole mass of the tire is made from material other than oil. At least a base rubber part 2G2 and a cap rubber part 2G2 of a tread rubber 2G, a side wall rubber 3G, a topping rubber of a carcass 6 are made from insulating rubber material, and a wing rubber part 2G3 of the tread rubber 2G is made from conductive rubber material. The side wall part 3 is provided with at least one energization passage 20 made of a band-like rubber strip 21 made from conductive rubber material and straightly extending from the wing rubber part 2G3 through the outside of the carcass 6 to radially inside, and then reaching a clinch rubber 4G.
