PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball put-out device for a Pachinko machine which reduces burden on the driving motor by preventing the weight of a game ball sent from the upstream to the downstream from being applied on the circular tube cam, thereby reducing the cost increase of the whole device, such as increase of the capacity of the driving motor. SOLUTION: The game ball put-out device 40 for the Pachinko machine 3 includes: a ball put-out channel 60 having a notch 70, of which the inner diameter is a slightly larger than the external diameter of the game ball and which puts out game balls inserted from the upstream to the downstream; a circular tube cam 56 provided on the peripheral surface of which a spiral blade 58, the tube cam 56 catching the game ball; and a driving motor 50 which rotates the circular tube cam 56. The circular tube cam 56 puts out the game ball or suspends the put-out using the spiral blade 58h according to the rotation or stop of the circular tube cam 56, while the spiral blade 58 faces the notch 70. In the game ball put-out device 40 for the Pachinko machine 3, a tilted member 64 tilted toward the side of the circular tube cam is mounted on the ball put-out channel 60.
