<p>A multistage transmission comprises: a prepositive transmission portion which connects the input member and includes two intermediate output paths, a main transmission portion which comprises four or five rotary elements. The first rotary element is connected to a first intermediate output path via a first clutch. And the first clutch connects the shell of the transmission case. The second rotary element connects the output member. The third rotary element is connected to said second intermediate output path via the second clutch and is connected to the transmission case by the first brake. The fifth rotary element is selectively connected to said first intermediate output path via the third clutch, and is connected to the second intermediate output path via the fourth clutch, and is connected to the transmission case by the second brake. Or it can be cancelled the fourth clutch and the second brake, at same time can be added with the fifth clutch for conecting the second intermediate output path to the fourth rotary element, it can attain 10-stage transmission.</p> |
