The present invention relates to the use of a CD45 binding molecule to mo dulate the function of Dendritic cells. In particular the present invention relates to the use of a CD45 binding molecule to induce tolerogenic dendriti c cells, useful in the treatment of diseases or disorders such as autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection.
