<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath room unit provided with a removable face washing and water draining device capable of preventing water from leaking from a section for connecting a drain pipe of a washbowl with an apron. <P>SOLUTION: This bath-room unit is provided with the apron covering and shielding a side face of bathtub from a washing place floor side, the washbowl fixed on a wall surface on the washing place floor side, and the washbowl drain pipe for draining the hot water in the washbowl into a drain trap attached onto a washing place floor, and a through-hole through which the washbowl drain pipe passes is formed in the apron. A sealing member having a mounting part nipping and holding the apron around the through-hole from the front and rear and attached in a watertight manner and an elastically deformable elastic part protruding over the whole periphery of the through-hole toward an inward side in the radial direction of the through-hole from the mounting part is attached to the whole periphery of the through hole. Outside diameter of the washbowl drain pipe passing through the through-hole is formed to be larger than inside diameter of an opening surrounded by the elastic part of the sealing member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
