<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation, purification and recovery method and an apparatus therefor by a continuous process, using an absorbing liquid comprising an ionic liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The gas purification method is provided which comprises the processes of: absorbing the acidic gas from a mixed gas by supplying the mixed gas containing acidic gas and non-acidic gas and the absorbing liquid comprising the ionic liquid into a mixing vessel kept at a predetermined temperature at a predetermined pressure, and bringing the mixed gas into contact with the absorbing liquid; and recovering the non-acidic gas at a predetermined pressure by sending the absorbing liquid discharged from the mixing vessel and the non-acidic gas with the acidic gas removed therefrom to a gas/liquid separator kept at a predetermined temperature, and the apparatus therefor is also provided. Thus, the acidic gas component can be efficiently separated and recovered from the mixed gas like combustion exhaust gas, necessary energy and cost can be reduced, the acidic gas can be separated from the mixed gas containing the non-acidic gas component, and hydrogen of a high purity can be purified and supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
