摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which drives a plurality of semiconductor elements having respectively reference potential electrodes connected together by the medium of a main electrode part, based on a common drive control signal, and also can reduce the effect of an induced electromotive force caused by the switching operation of the semiconductor elements, and to provide AC power supply equipment having the driving device. <P>SOLUTION: The reference potential electrodes of first and second semiconductor elements are connected with reference potential terminals of first and second driving circuits. The first and second driving circuits drive respectively the first and second semiconductor elements. A first bypass circuit has first and second nodes and outputs a signal from the first node, receiving an output signal of an input buffer. A first load circuit is connected between the first node and a signal input terminal of the second driving circuit. A second load circuit has about the same impedance as the first load circuit and is connected between the second node and the reference potential terminal of the second driving circuit. The first driving circuit has a reference potential common to that of the input buffer 8. A second bypass circuit passes a signal of a prescribed or higher frequency between a current route between the first load circuit and the signal input terminal of the second driving circuit, and a current route between the second load circuit and the reference potential terminal of the second driving circuit, while the first bypass circuit passes a signal of a prescribed or higher frequency between the first and second nodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
