PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of adjusting the position of a camera, based on the moving direction of an object and photographing the object at a high speed. SOLUTION: Images for a single frame captured by a camera 20 are separated into odd-numbered field images 40 and even-numbered field images 41 each for one frame, and are disposed in a time-sequential order, thereby enabling high-speed imaging at 1/60s. Furthermore, by having the moving direction of an object 5A to be imaged and a scanning direction 6 of the camera 20 match substantially, more accurate imaging of the object becomes possible.
