PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: even when a plurality of retransmission control types are being specified, it is desired to specify control information corresponding to the retransmission control types. SOLUTION: From an IF section 26, an RF section 20 generates a packet signal containing a control signal and a data signal and transmits the generated packet signals. A radio control section 28 performs first retransmission control or second retransmission control on the transmitted packet signals. Furthermore, the radio control section 28 causes from the IF section 26 to the RF section 20 to contain in the control signal first control information corresponding to the first retransmission control and to contain in the data signal second control information corresponding to the second retransmission control.
