PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot-in type optical disk drive for surely ejecting an optical disk in emergency. SOLUTION: The optical disk drive includes a first inclined plane 51b which has a main body part 27 and a rack gear part, elastically deforms by being applied with force in the same direction as a movement direction when ejecting the optical disk and generates force to separate the rack gear part from the main body part, and a second inclined plane 51d which generates force to reconnect the rack gear part to the main body part when the separated rack gear part is pressed by force in the same direction as a movement direction when ejecting the optical disk, and includes a cam slider 27 which is moved reversely from the direction in which the optical disk is carried by first and second guide arms during loading and ejecting the optical disk and transfers driving force provided by a loading motor to the first and second guide arms.
