摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a vehicle state amount by using a vibration model. SOLUTION: The vibration model is set, an input value calculated, based on deviation between an estimated relative distance and an actual relative distance between an unsprung part and a sprung part is input to the vibration model, and the vehicle state is calculated. At this time, the vibration model is considered as having taken lateral acceleration, roll rigidity, and roll inertia into consideration. A means for calculating an input value is tuned so that the estimated over-spring speed and the actually measured actual over-spring speed agree with each other, as much as possible. In order to enhance the accuracy of the vibration model, it is preferable to consider a temperature, depending characteristic of a damper, or it is preferable that a current that depends on the characteristics of the damper be taken into consideration, when the damper comprises the material having the characteristic variable by the current.
