PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of joint bolts between an external wall panel and a steel foundation shortening a construction period without rework of construction and easily carrying out external wall panel dismantling work in demolishing a building. SOLUTION: A column base joining plate 9 of the external wall panel 4 is arranged on the steel foundation 2 formed of shape steel having flanges 2a, 2b on the upper and lower sides, and the column base joining plate 9 is joined onto the steel foundation 2 with the joint bolts 12, 13 inserted in bolt holes provided in the upper flange 2a of the steel foundation 2 and in the column base joining plate 9. The joint bolt 13 is inserted through the bolt hole provided in the upper flange 2a to project the upper end upward from the upper flange 2a and to screw the lower end with a support nut 14 provided with a plate 14a, and the support nut 14 is disposed on the upper face of the lower flange 2b. Two lower side nuts 15 are screwed with the joint bolt 13 on the lower side of the upper flange 2a, and these two lower side nuts 15 are clamped in the pressed state to the lower face of the upper flange 2a.
