PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out yarn spinning in stable yarn quality by suppressing occurrence of clogging of a fiber in a part transferring from a taper part of a guide member to a straight part. SOLUTION: A fiber strand-bundling apparatus 30 is equipped with an exciting means of vibrating a guide member 31 having a guide face for guiding fiber strand F so as to narrow the width of the fiber strand F so as to generate acoustic pressure for preventing contact of the fiber strand onto the guide face. The guide member 31 is equipped with a pair of plate-like guide parts 35 and the pair of plate-like guide parts 35 is equipped with a straight part 35b in which intervals between the opposite faces constituting the guide face are definite and a taper part 35c formed so that upstream side in the advancing direction of the fiber strand F becomes wider. The shape of the guide part 35 is set so that positions of outlet 35d of the straight part 35b and a continuous part 35e of the taper part 35c and the straight part 35b become belly of vibration.
