PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folder in which the other folder is not accommodated in the folder, a stored substance is hardly drawn out therefrom, and hardly causes the fall-off of the stored substance when the folder is carried while a heading part is sandwiched. SOLUTION: In the folder, the heading part 4 is protrusively formed in a lower sheet 2. An upper sheet 3 and the lower sheet 2 at a side 2-1 and a side 3-5 at which the heading part 4 is formed are bound over the whole region of both the sheets 2-1 and 3-5. The upper sheet 3 and the lower sheet 2 at a side 2-4 and a side 3-8 opposite to the sides at which the heading part 4 is formed are bound over the whole region of both the sides 2-4 and 3-8.
