PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of footwear which enables a little child, a person with disability, or an elderly person to easily put on by themselves (without a carer). SOLUTION: The fastening structure of footwear has a pulling device 3 connected to a strap 2 and a first side part 11. A first end part of the pulling device 3 is fixed to a free end part 21 on the side opposite to a fixed end part 22 where the strap 2 is fixed to a second side part 12. The pulling device 3 is folded back at the site of the first opening part 23 through a through-hole 50 opening at a first opening 23 nearer the fixed end part 22 than the free end part 21. At a second end part of the pulling device 3, the pulling device 3 is fixed to the first side part 11. By putting a finger between the free end part 21 of the strap 2 and the pulling device 3 and pulling the pulling device 3, the second side part 12 is drawn to the first side part 11 side via the strap 2, and the first side part 11 is drawn to the second side part 12 side via the pulling device 3.
