PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece conveying device capable of conveying workpieces overlapping each other while separating them without providing any special control mechanism even when conveying and aligning workpieces of a three-dimensional shape having uneven surfaces. SOLUTION: The workpiece conveying device 1 has a conveyor 10 installed with the uphill gradient for conveying a plurality of workpieces S to a next step, and a conveying belt of the conveyor 10 has the friction force larger than that of the workpiece surfaces on its surface. The degree of inclination of the uphill gradient of the conveyor 10 is set to be an angle of inclination at which the workpieces S slip down for the overlapping of the workpieces S each other, and set to be an angle of inclination at which any workpiece S does not slip down between the workpieces S and the conveying belt.
