PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel capable of bring an image with a cubic effect into existence. SOLUTION: In the decorative panel prepared by forming a chromatic or an achromatic image with light and shade on a plurality of thick transparent plates, decomposed images 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 prepared by decomposing a chromatic original picture on the basis of the colors into a plural number or decomposed images 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 prepared by decomposing an achromatic original picture on the basis of the light and shade into a plural number, are respectively formed on the transparent plates 2, 5 and 8. Among the decomposed images 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 formed on these transparent plates 2, 5 and 8, respective transparent plates 2, 5 and 8 are piled up and integrated so that at least one set of adjoining decomposed images 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 are positioned by placing the transparent plates 2, 5 and 8 between them.
